I don't know who to feel worse for! Elroy or you! Both! I'm so sorry for both of you. Can you maybe just keep his butt-hair trimmed from now on? I know that's a hassle, but maybe less gross than the emergency shit-clump cleanup? I wish I could help hold him down while you shaved his butt.

Gawd. I'm sorry. Y'know, come to think of it, this reminds me of a time when we came home to discover Gus had had some kind of explosive diarrhea incident, and was basically covered with poo from the waist down. So we had to bathe his lower half. If having a second person to help you bathe a gigantic, displeased cat is the only good thing that comes out of your marriage, it's worth the price of the ceremony.
